  1. Payment terms

Payments for services are made via the methods specified in the service agreement (e.g., bank transfer, online payment gateway).

Unless otherwise agreed, payment schedule is: deposit/advance payment, milestone payments, and/or monthly recurring payments for ongoing services (SEO/marketing/maintenance).

Invoices are issued as per schedule and are payable within [15] calendar days of invoice date (or as specified).

If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate services, charge interest [e.g., 2% per month], or require full pre-payment for future services.

  1. Taxes and other charges

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties or other governmental charges.

If any tax is required to be withheld or deducted under law, you must pay an additional amount so that we receive the full fee as if no deduction was required.

  1. Refunds & credits

Refunds or service credits are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Any refund will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Late payment consequences

Late payments may result in suspension of services, removal of deliverables from your access, or termination of contract.

All costs, including legal or collection costs, incurred in recovering overdue payments will be borne by you.

  1. Dispute

If you dispute an invoice, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of invoice date specifying your reasons. You must still pay the undisputed portion when due.

We will review and respond promptly. Notice of dispute does not relieve you of obligation to pay on time.

  1. Amendments

We may change this Payment Policy from time to time by posting the updated version on our website. The “Last updated” date will reflect the change. Your continued engagement constitutes acceptance.
