  1. Scope

This policy applies to clients who engage our services (website development, digital marketing, SEO, e-commerce, UI/UX, graphic design, analytics, technical support & maintenance). It sets out the terms on which refunds, cancellations, or service credits may be provided.

  1. Service commencement & deposits

On engagement, an initial deposit or first payment is required (per the service agreement) before work commences.

Work is deemed to have commenced when we begin the agreed scope (for example, design phase start, campaign set-up, analytics integration).

Once work has commenced, cancellations and refund eligibility will be treated as set out below.

  1. Cancellation

If you choose to cancel the project within 48 hours of contract signing and before work has begun, we may provide a full refund of the deposit (less any costs incurred).

If cancellation occurs after work has begun, we may provide a pro-rata credit (in service hours or monetary value) for the undelivered portion of the scope, subject to deduction of work completed up to that point and any costs incurred.

For recurring services (e.g., monthly SEO or maintenance packages), you may cancel by giving at least 30 days’ written notice. You remain liable for the payment of the current cycle.

  1. Refund eligibility

Refunds are only available if specified in this policy or in the service agreement.

Services involving deliverables that have been completed or are irrevocably consumed (for example content creation, campaigns launched, software configured) are generally non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, we aim to process it within 10 business days via the original payment method or by alternative agreed means.

Any third-party costs incurred (e.g., domain registration, hosting, software licenses on your behalf) will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  1. Service credits

Where we are unable to provide a refund, we may instead offer a service credit (applicable to future services) equivalent to the unused portion of the service.

  1. Exceptions & non-refundable items

Work already delivered and accepted by the client is final and not eligible for refund.

One-time consultancy sessions, digital assets delivered, or completed campaigns may not be refunded once started or delivered.

Fees for third-party services (hosting, software, domain registration) passed through to you are non-refundable by us.

  1. Dispute resolution

Any claim for refund or credit must be made in writing, within 14 days of the event or service delivery you wish to dispute. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

  1. Amendments

We may amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time by posting the updated version on our website. The “Last updated” date will reflect the change. Your continued engagement constitutes acceptance.
